We are upgrading our rewards program and introducing a new, highly flexible points-based system.

You will now earn 1 point for every cent ($0.01) you spend at Villa Madina. That means for every $1 you spend, you earn 100 points! 

Your points translate directly into dollars off your order.

Once you reach the required minimum balance you can start redeeming them to discount your meal. 

• Your first redemption requires a minimum of 15,000 points ($15 value). 

• After that, you can redeem starting at 5,000 points ($5 value). 

Yes! Once you meet the minimum redemption threshold, you can redeem any amount of points beyond that.

The higher first redemption helps ensure a better and more meaningful reward experience when you first use your points. After that, redemption becomes more flexible.

Yes, the value is the same, but now you have more freedom! Under the old program, spending $100 earned you a free RokBox or Sandwich. Under the new program, spending $100 earns you 10,000 points, which equals $10 off. The best part? You are no longer restricted to just a Rokbox or sandwich. You can use your $10 reward toward a plate, a salad, extra sides, or anything else on the menu.

No! That’s another great benefit of the new system. Because our minimum redemption is only 5,000 points ($5), you can start cashing in your rewards after spending just $50, rather than waiting until you hit $100.

Don’t worry, you won’t lose your progress! If you had money tracked toward your free RokBox or Sandwich, we will convert that past spend directly into points in your new account. For example, if you had spent $50 under the old system, we would automatically load 5,000 points into your account.  If you’ve already earned a free RokBox or Sandwich, it will remain on your account.

Points have no expiry as long as the account remains active. Activity includes earning or redeeming points and resets the inactivity period. Points will expire after 24 months of inactivity.

You can check your balance at the register, on your receipt, or by logging into the Villa Madina app/website.

You’ll receive 2,500 points when you register and complete your profile. Following your first purchase, you’ll receive an additional 2,500 points.

On your birthday, you’ll automatically receive 10,000 points when your account is registered. You must have your account registered and completed  your profile a minimum of 1 day prior to your birthday.

No. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be used within the Villa Madina Team Shawarma Rewards program.
